You agree not to:

Content and intellectual property

Text, images, design, logos, and other materials on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

Reservations, payments, and third-party services

OpenTable. Table reservations on our Reserve a Table page are processed by OpenTable. Booking is subject to OpenTable’s terms and privacy policy for diners: OpenTable privacy policy (and their terms of use as linked from their site).

Reserve Club and other purchases. If we link to an external store, ticketing platform, or payment provider (for example Feast it Forward or another checkout), your purchase is with that provider under their terms. Read their policies before you pay.

Embedded media. Third-party embeds (such as video players) are governed by those providers’ terms.

Culinary Concierge (AI)

The optional Culinary Concierge uses automated systems to answer questions. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. The concierge is not dietary, medical, or legal advice. For allergies, serious health needs, or binding commitments, contact our team directly using the phone number in our footer or speak with staff at the restaurant.

Data processing for the concierge is described in our Privacy Policy. Google’s AI-related disclosures include the Gemini Apps Privacy Hub.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rotation, Feast it Forward, and their respective owners, directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or inability to use the site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the site in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold harmless Rotation and Feast it Forward and their affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For disputes not subject to mandatory arbitration or small-claims procedures, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Napa County, California.

General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of this website (aside from third-party terms that apply to bookings or purchases you make elsewhere).
